Go See It - Bella Terra

December's theme is Art Works:

 

Tiger Den 12 has a slot reserved at Bella Terra on Main St. in Downtown Vacaville for Saturday Dec. 5th at 1:30 pm.  If you are unfamiliar with Bella Terra, it is a place where you select a tile, figurine, plate, etc of unfinished pottery.  You paint the items there and the store fires the pottery, which you come back and pick up ~ 1-2 weeks later.  So this will be a fun art project for the boys, and in the end they should have a gift they made that they can give someone at Christmas.  Bella Terra has items in the $5, $8, $10 and up price ranges, but for our cubs a tile ($5) or a figurine ($8) would probably be the best items both in cost and in the amount of time to paint them.  After we all paint our items, we can walk down the block to the bakery (or as my boys call it the Pretzel store) - Pure Grain Bakery.  Where we can have a snack.
